Policies

If your order qualifies for free shipping, products will be shipped via USPS First Class Package and a tracking number will be provided. Shipping times vary, but usually arrive within 3-5 days. Expedited shipping can be purchased at the customer's expense during check-out.

Orders placed before 12:00 pm MST will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm MST on Friday will ship on the following Monday as we do not process orders over the weekend.  

In an effort to ensure and control the safety of each product, we generally do not process returns. Product exchanges can be made in the event we have mistakenly sent the incorrect product. Exchanges may be processed within 30 days as long as the original seal remains intact.
